We build AI products that teams actually use 😎

Not demos. Not prototypes. Real products that ship, scale, and solve problems worth solving. We're building our own tools—and we partner with teams who have the domain knowledge to build the next category leader.

A product-first AI lab

AI Lab isn't an agency or a research group. We're a small, focused team that builds. We prototype our own AI tools, test them with early adopters, and double down on what gets real usage. Along the way, we partner with select companies to turn their domain knowledge into products that can scale across their industry.

Own Products

We design and launch our own AI tools—knowledge copilots, workflow agents, and decision helpers—built to work across multiple domains and industries.

Co-Built Solutions

We partner with teams who bring deep domain expertise and data. Together we build AI products that solve their problems first, then expand to a broader market.

Experiments & Labs

Not every idea needs a full product. We run fast experiments, test hypotheses, and share what we learn. The good experiments grow into tools; the rest become insights.

From prototypes to products

We're actively developing a family of AI tools designed to plug into existing workflows instead of replacing them. Think of them as specialized teammates that never get tired.

Knowledge Copilots

AI assistants that sit on top of documents, wikis, and knowledge bases.

  • Ask questions in natural language
  • Get source-linked answers, summaries, and comparisons
  • Keep sensitive data private and under your control

Workflow Agents

Agents that move information, not just text.

  • Triage and route tickets or requests
  • Update CRMs, task boards, and internal tools
  • Trigger approvals and notifications based on rules + AI

Insight Engines

Tools that turn data into decisions.

  • Spot anomalies, risks, or trends in your data
  • Rank leads, cases, or issues by impact
  • Generate human-readable insights your team can act on
If one of these sounds like something your team needs right now, we'd love to talk.

Turn your domain expertise into an AI product

You know your industry. We know how to turn AI into products. Together, we can build something that solves your problem first—and has the potential to become the default tool for thousands of similar teams.

Start with your reality.

We map your workflows, constraints, and data sources to find where an AI product would be genuinely useful—not just impressive.

Small, shippable bets.

We focus on thin slices: a single workflow, a single team, a concrete outcome like "time saved" or "tickets resolved."

Product thinking built-in.

From day one, we think about onboarding, pricing, UX, and virality—not just the model under the hood.

Clear ownership.

We define from the start how IP, data, and revenue are handled, so everyone knows how success is shared.

From idea to live users

Step 1 – Idea & Fit

We start with a conversation about your domain, problems, and wild ideas. Together, we define a specific use case and success criteria: who it's for, what it should do, and how we'll know it's working.

Step 2 – Prototype

We design and build a working prototype—a simple app, extension, or internal tool—focused on one clear job. Something your team can actually try within days or weeks, not months.

Step 3 – Test With Real Users

We put the prototype in front of users: your team, your customers, or a small pool of early adopters. We measure usage, feedback, and impact—not just accuracy metrics.

Step 4 – Iterate or Scale

If it's promising, we improve UX, harden the tech, and prepare it for wider rollout. If it's not, we openly share what we learned and pivot to a better opportunity.

Be part of the next AI products, not just a spectator

We're working with a small group of early adopters and co-building partners who want more than another AI demo. If you're exploring how AI can become a real product—inside your company or for your industry—we'd love to hear from you.

Tell us about your team, your data, and the problem that won't leave you alone—and we'll explore what we can build together.
